We take the safety and wellbeing of our guests very seriously. We have completed comprehensive risk assessments related to Covid-19. We follow guidance issued by the Slovenian Government and Slovenian National Institute of Public Health.

We have identified a range of controls to manage the risk of Covid-19 cross contamination and transmission. Where the risk of Covid-19 cannot be controlled to an acceptable level, we suspended these services and work activities.

The following areas have been risk assessed:

check in and check out of the guests
cleaning of the estate
third party access and providing service (e.g. maintenance)

As a result of the risk assessments, we implemented (where reasonably practicable) a range of controls which include:

facilitation of check-in and check-out must not happen in-person
enhanced cleaning of the estate and airing must happen at least three (3) hours before guests check-in
all window, door and kitchen handles must be wiped with a dispenfectant
all bed sheets and covers are washed at higher temperatures and by adding a dispenfectant agent
cleaning is performed by a single (1) person at the time
social distancing of at least two (2) metres must be observed at all times and wish face covering
we are limiting the number of people that are performing maintenance service at the house
we may collect personal data only to support test and trace procedures that are regulated by the Slovenian government

We will continue to review the impact of local restriction and lockdowns across Slovenia and keep our guests informed of the impact.
